Notice is hereby given for an Extraordinary General Meeting for Latheron, Lybster & Clyth Community Development Company (LLCCDC), whose company number is SC304412, at: Seaview House, Harbour Road, Lybster, KW3 6AH on Tuesday 27th January 2026 at 7pm.

The company propose to update the Articles of Association in order to comply with the Companies Act 2006 and the Land Reform, Scotland Act (2003 & 2016) following the model template issued by the Scottish Government.
